I think that I’m probably saying something along the lines many of you are about Justice Scalia. My condolences to his family, friends, and loved ones. But I decidedly do not thank him for his service to regressive action on so many things. He was a true detriment to equality, to parity of power, to free expression, to kindness, and of course to the alignment of public good with our biosphere. His time had come.
