Tonight, Ferguson Township’s government had an extensive discussion on the drafts of the Zoning & Subdivision and Land Development Ordinances. Planning staff, the Planning Commission, & the Board of Supervisors all attended.we discussed preserving and strengthening farms of different sizes and their access to markets, infill, density, and mixed uses, renewable energy production including utility scale solar, stormwater management through low impact and ecological design, indoor archery and shooting ranges in commercial districts, and so much more. What’s the point?
